IMMEDIATE Field Closure!!!

We have come to the difficult decision to close the field to flying and social gathering effective IMMEDIATELY.

This is to comply with Santa Cruz County’s health directive to shelter at home, only heading out for “essential” purposes.

(See Section 4: “All public and private gatherings of any number of people occurring outside a household or living unit are prohibited, except for the limited purposes as expressly permitted in Section 10. Nothing in this order prohibits the gathering of members of a household or living unit.”)

We will keep evaluating and re-open the field when appropriate.
